NHS and Snowball Winter Coat Drive

NHS and Snowball Winter Coat Drive
National Honor Society students and Snowball students participated in a winter drive during November and December to help those in need in the Crete-Monee community.  NHS students decided to collect winter coats, hats, scarves, gloves, blankets, and clothes for the upcoming winter months to be donated. Snowball students decided to collect personal hygiene items (soap, lotion, sanitizer, hair products) to be donated during the holiday season.  The students did an amazing job and were extremely generous-over 10 bags of donations were given to Monee Township and the All God's People Organization.  Students expressed how rewarding it felt to help those who are less fortunate, especially during the holiday season.  They truly made a difference and a positive impact in their community.
