Impact Club makes a positive difference in the school and local community by identifying needs and doing projects to address those needs. Impact Club is student-driven, which means the projects students work on are planned and carried out by students, based on the issues students think are important.
Students will discuss issues in the community that are important to them. This could include topics such as homelessness, environmentalism, hunger, racial justice, etc...Once students have identified needs in the areas that are important to them in our local Crete-Monee community, they will design and carry out social action projects to help address those needs. Impact Club will make efforts to partner with other clubs and community organizations to increase the reach and impact of our projects.
